Ninth GateNinth Gate - We officially have our first full track up on Myspace! Admittedly it's only as long as the short demos that we have up but it's complete haha. It's a pretty epic instrumental that I want to open up our album and set the pace of what's to come. Dan Hazlehurst and Brett Ord have recently been writing a new epic piece of music which they are hoping to get recorded as soon as possible. Watch this space! With the fresh inspiration that this brings, there should hopefully be much more new material being uploaded in the coming months (including full length versions of the other demos - finally :p) There is a metric shit-load of material on my pc waiting to be unleashed so hopefully us lazy bastards will finally see this ball rolling. Decrepit BirthDecrepit Birth - Decrepit Birth was formed in 2001 by Matt Sotelo - guitars, Bill Robinson - vocals, and Derek Boyer – bass. Originally the intention was to play devastating, brutal, technical death metal, mixed with influences from the early 1990’s Florida death metal scene. Since Matt and Derek had at one time both played in Southern California band, DEPRECATED, it was easy for the two of them to begin collaborating on material for the first full length Decrepit Birth album “…And Time Begins”.

We've based our life as a band on a great friendship as well as the love and drive for creating unique music. We believe that today's music needs a change so, with every song we make we try to take a step in a different direction from today's typical radio style. We are sick of listening to the same song done over and over again by almost every band out there. Our vision of music is that there should be no limits to its creation, and this is our primary motive as a band. We play metal, as well as softer more progressive styles.  But above all else…we are friends that are in this for the love of music.

Katie HerzigKatie Herzig - In 2006, after eight years of fronting the critically acclaimed Colorado-based band, Newcomers Home, Katie Herzig moved to Nashville to strike it solo. Before leaving Colorado, she single-handedly recorded and produced Weightless, a tour-de-force of innovative sonics and songwriting. Since then Herzig’s song “Heaven’s My Home” received a 2007 Grammy nomination and she has steadily become a fixture in Nashville’s up-and-coming indie music scene. Herzig’s songs have been featured on NPR, KCRW’s Morning Becomes Eclectic, One Tree Hill, Bones, The Secret Life of Bees, Sex and the City The Movie Vol. 2 Soundtrack, and episodes of television’s highest rated drama, Grey’s Anatomy.

Burning of IBurning of I - got their start in early 2004, when guitarist Jacob collaborated together with drummer Tory. This was where the two of them began working out some of the ideas that Jacob had begun to write. Bassist Jesse, was invited to join in and add what he could several months after the inception. The final piece, Matt was added to the mix later that year, to bring the final element of what then became Burning of I. Almost a year of work was placed into the project, before it was unleashed on the masses. Where everyone gets to unleash, while playing to unsuspecting crowds of people... That next summer Burning of I went into the studio to record their first release, titled 'A Small Little Shack In A Big Wet Messy Nothing'. Burning of I worked diligently in support of this newly released EP, performing at venues all over the Seattle area and abroad.

Slow Down FastSlow Down Fast - was originally started by guitarists Eric Ruggirello and Ryan Wilson. In the Fall of 2008, Evan joined as drummer and the formation of what is now Slow Down Fast began. Slow Down Fast was built around the concept that most of the bands today are essentially doing the same thing that has been done. With classic rock influences, Slow Down Fast has set out to take a taste of the modern and mix it with the new, creating a blend of styles that sets them apart and brings in audiences with a sound unique unto themselves, and to create and design musical ideas that have not been previously combined.

EminentEminent - Tired of music in the local scene Eminent started in 2004 with Vahe Shahinian on bass, Emin Abdalian on vocals, Andrew Movsessian on guitars and Daniel Paraguez on guitar. First named Dark Reign they practiced without a drummer for half a year until finding Fabi Flores. The band played local shows around La Crescenta and a year after forming the band, Dark Reign released their first demo - dubbed Demo 2005. After having 4 songs on the demo and 4 different genres, the band took in constructive criticizm and narrowed the styles down to one, while being inactive on the scene but writing new material. The band then took a lineup change, replacing Fabi Flores with Lonny Pasillas, and Daniel Paraguez with John-Paul Fernandes. The band also changed its name from Dark Reign to Eminent. Eminent shortly recorded its second Demo - dubbed Demo 2008.
