Kissing Girls - 

Once upon a time, there was a little girl who plans to never grow up, named Susie. She would sing all day long. She played the piano since birth and started the violin at age 3. She grew up listening to the most beautiful music in the world. Her parents played classical music for her every day. Then, one day her brother handed her a pair of headphones and said "This is rock and roll! Shhhh, don't tell Mom & Dad!" All of a sudden, life had meaning to the little girl! Within the music was the answer to all of her questions about her future and her own place in this crazy, dangerous, fun and exciting world!

She began composing her own songs and even won prizes in song writing competitions! She began to envision herself on stage and in music videos with a band of amazing musicians all working toward the same goal of having the time of their lives (and inspiring others to do the same).

Then one day the little girl met Marian, the most amazing and creative girl-drummer this side of the Mississippi, and quite possibly, this side of yesterday. Marian had the same musical goals. Together, they began building the best band you have ever heard!!!

They practiced lots of times together, Marian playing drums and singing and Susie playing keys and singing. They auditioned many players. Nobody seemed to fit in until they discovered Alex, whose genius is easy to see/hear. Alex can play every instrument (even the kazoo), and sing so well... it could make your grandmother write home on tear stained stationary! Fantastic, original songs pour from his multi-dimensional brain which were quickly included in the set.

And so the band soldiered on in search of the perfect bassist, who (one day) fell from the sky in the form of Ben. Ben's arrival placed the band firmly in the POCKET, and so began the band's mission to give back to the music world what had been given to them....

There is the silence... there is the rain.... and then... there is Kissing Girls.
