The Burgundy Boys @ Funhouse

The Burgundy Boys all started last summer when I (Brock, lead guitar, lead vocals) met Pianist, David Davila and began studying music and jamming on songs I'd been working on. We both had been lookin for musicians to play with that have the right vibe and soulful playing. We hung out all summer and conversed of the dark pyschedelic/western/blues sound we wanted and of our influences. We eventually jammed with a drummer who brought along a bassist and booked us a show at the Seattle Drum School (the live recordings on our myspace). We wrote some songs before the show but mostly improved and it turned out to go pretty well. After that we began practicing, playing more shows, progressing and have been getting awesome feedback.

We start recording our E.P. soon so be sure to stay posted and come see our first headlining show at The Funhouse on the 26th!
